    Metristo works by connecting to all of the different sources that impact your business. Immediately after you create your account, you'll see that we've already connected your account to Yelp, Google Places, and your local weather.

    Behind the scenes, we constantly scan all of the information from the sources that you've added and let you know when anything important happens.

    All you have to do is connect everything up, and you're good to go!

  • How much does Metristo cost?

    Metristo costs just $99/month or $999/year

  • Is Metristo going to work on my device?

    Yes! Metristo works on Android and iOS devices as well as any browser.

  • What Companies / Sources does Metristo connect to?

    Metristo connects to all of the important souces of information for your restaurant, across social media, web analytics, ratings & reviews, even revenue — and we're adding sources all the time! It only takes a minute to add a new source to your account from right within the app.

  • How long does it take to set up my account?

    It only takes a few minutes to set up your account. After signing up, you can add sources directly from your Manage Account page. Just click on the sources that you want to connect, and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Some sources require you to login in order to connect them to Metristo. Follow the on-screen instructions and we'll guide you through it.

  • What do I need to know in order to set up my account?

    Some sources need you to login in order for us to connect them to Metristo.

    Facebook

    For Facebook, you'll need to be (or find someone who is) a manager of your business's Facebook page to connect it. Then all you do is login with your normal facebook credentials, choose the page that you would like to manage, and that's it!

    Twitter

    You'll need your company's Twitter login information to connect this up.

    Instagram

    Log in with your company's Instagram account to connect it with Metristo. This would be a separate login than your personal account (if you have one).

    MailChimp

    If you want to connect Metristo to your MailChimp account, like Facebook and Instagram, you need to login to your company's MailChimp account, so you'll need those credentials

    Google Analytics

    Just log into Google Analytics with the same account that you would online. We'll ask you which web property to use and select your domain.

    Point-of-Sale

    To connect your point-of-sale with Metristo, depends on what POS you have. If you are using Square or Kounta, you'll need your account information that you use to login to those systems.

    If you are using Aloha, Digital Dining, Micros, or others, we may need to speak with you to get your account set up. If you have questions about this, or want to get started, drop us a line at info@metristo.com or send us a message from our Contact Page.

  • Can I have more than one location?

    YES! Metristo supports multiple locations and allows you to have a summary view of all your different businesses.

  • Can I become a reseller?

    Definitely. We love working with resellers to present Metristo along with their other offerings. Please drop us a line below.
